At Redbridge Lakes, we have three main lakes, Daisy, Cuthbert & Joy.  Lake Daisy and Cuthbert have islands, that attract many types of nesting birds including Snipe that spend the winter months on Cuthbert Island.

All Lakes are well established with a full range of different species of fish.

Lake Cuthbert is primarily stocked with Silverfish & small carp upto 5lb, this makes for a great match lake with each swim being fairly uniform to the next, it is a skill that will decide the winner of any match rather than just luck of drawing the right peg.

Lake Daisy is favoured by the leisure angler as it is stocked with everything from Gudgeon to 26lb Mirror Carp. There are even rumors' of the elusive pike in there too.

Lake Joy, over the bridge on Lake Daisy, was recently opened a couple of years ago, it used to be the stock pond and is full of silver fish. A great lake to learn to fish on.

Like all fishing lakes, we insist on barbless hooks and no keepnets (unless in a match).

There is an onsite tackle shop selling everything from feeders to floats and also has a small selection of rods, reels and poles if you want to own your own equipment, we do however have poles for hire if you just want to try your hand.

The café is open everyday  with Barista level coffee or tea should you want a hot drink too. The café also holds an alcohol licence as well for those lovely summer evenings. On Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays the café serves hot food until 1pm.

If you just want to come along for somewhere to take the kids, we have a small nature trail that takes in beehives, a tadpole pond, guinea pigs, and a play area with a climbing frame and swings. We have a Koi pond and food is available  if you would like to feed them.

So come along and see what it's all about.

All the best,

The Redbridge Lakes team
